Anyone who lives or works in the EH postcode area can join Castle Community Bank.

How do I join?

You can join by opening a savings account or by taking a loan. You can do this online, or in branch.

How much does it cost to join?

There is no joining, monthly, or annual fee to be part of Castle Commununity Bank.

Is Castle Community Bank Regulated?

Yes. Castle Community Bank is regulated by the same regulators as any High-Street bank. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority, and we are a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and covered by Financial Ombudsman Service.

Can I open a joint account?

Yes, you can open a joint account by popping in to one of our branches. We offer both joint savings and loan accounts.

How do I set up online access?

We will automatically activate your online access when you become a member of Castle Community Bank. You will receive an email containing information at this time. You will receive an email containing information on how to activate your online access when you open your account. If you did not receive this email please contact us
